If selected, I agree to attend two educational sessions (zoom or in person if possible), prior to camp. Returning Fellows may be asked to help lead a session at one of the meetings. If you are unable to attend, an alternative will be required.*

If selected, I am aware that in order to qualify for the full amount I must work at least 8 weeks at the camp (camp will confirm completion of work). If I work less than 8 weeks, that amount will be prorated. If I am terminated from camp, no payment will be received.*
