Zoom Access
All JCL staff have access to Microsoft Teams, which can be used for chat, department communications, project planning, as well as video conferencing. All staff are encouraged make Microsoft Teams their primary video conferencing solution. If needed, JCL Staff may also be assigned a Zoom Basic account. The JCL has a shared Zoom Business license that may be temporarily applied to a user's account as needed when booked in Blueprint.

File Server Access
Please specify which folder(s) the Employee should have access to. To do this:
1. Open the folder on your computer.
2. At the top of File Explorer, you will see a box listing the path to that folder (see image below).
3. Highlight the path with your mouse.
4. Hold the "Ctrl" key and press the "C" key to copy.
5. Come back to this form and, in the "Folder Path" box below, hold the "Ctrl" key and press the "V" key to paste the folder path.
6. Select the permission level the Employee should have to this folder.
7. To add another folder, click the "+" button below.
For each folder you list, the Employee will have the same access level to all other folders within that folder, except in instances where more restrictive permissions are applied to specific folders.

VPN Access
VPN Access allows the Employee to connect to our file server while off-site. This can be established on a personal or JCL-owned Windows computer. VPN connection is not compatible with Apple devices.
